  • Fresh Spring Rolls with a Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

  • Coconut Soup with Lemon Grass, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Straw Mushrooms, and Thai Chilies

  • Pad Thai with Shrimp and Chicken

  • Coconut Milk Sticky Rice with Mangos

  • To Drink: Red & White Wine

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
