Come and learn all about tapas, a centuries-old tradition in Spain, and why these small plates have become such a hit. We will make sangria from scratch at the beginning of class to get you in the mood. Delicioso!

  • Roasted Red Peppers with Garlic and Fresh Basil

  • Mushroom Salad with Pine Nuts and Caramelized Balsamic Vinegar

  • Fried New Potatoes with Aioli

  • Scallops Wrapped in Bacon with Pomegranate Sauce

  • Tiny Meatballs with Smoky Bacon, Chipotle, and Lime

  • To Drink: Homemade Red Sangria!

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
