  • Seasonal Cocktail: Eatz Apple Cider Hot Toddy

  • Ricotta-Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Dates

  • Roasted Turkey with Port Gravy

  • Rustic Bread Stuffing with Wild Mushrooms and Thyme

  • Green Beans with Smoky Pancetta and Fresh Mint

  • Skillet-Cooked Gruyere and Goat Cheese Potatoes

  • Cranberry Sauce with Vanilla Bean and Cardamon

  • Pumpkin-Spiced Crème Brulee

  • To Drink: Red & White Wine

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
