  • Saykout Couscous with Almonds, Dates & Fresh Mint

  • Moroccan Chicken Clay Tagine with Lemon & Olives

  • Pomegranate, Feta, Cucumber and Mint Salad with Sumac

  • Oranges Soaked in Rose Flower Water Dusted with Powdered Sugar & Cinnamon

  • To Drink: Red & White Wine

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers
