Moussaka: baked spiced beef & eggplant topped with a creamy bechamel sauce
Seafood Souvlaki: skewered shrimp, swordfish, bell peppers & onions with fresh lemon
Spanakopita: phyllo pastry triangles with spinach, herbs & feta cheese
Tzatiki: Greek yogurt sauce with cucumber, fresh dill, garlic & lemon
Gyros: marinated lamb with tomatoes, fresh herbs & vegetables
*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
