Join us as we cook some delicious Fiorentinian dishes, full of the classic, rich flavors of Tuscany!

  • Aperitivo: Aperol Spritz w/ Mixed Cheese & Meat Platter

  • Ricotta, Broccoli Rabe and Truffle Honey Crostini

  • Panzanella: Tuscan-Style Bread, Tomato & Cucumber Salad with Fresh Basil

  • Pollo alla Fiorentina: Chicken with Parmesan, Spinach and Fresh Lemon

  • Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes  

  • Schiacciata alla Fiorentina: Pastry Orange Sponge Cake

  • To Drink: Red & White Wine

*Classes are hands-on. Each class includes never-ending wine (or cocktails!) and so much food that students can bring home leftovers!
