Join our virtual Culinary World Tour Series & learn how to make cuisines from around the globe! We’ll travel to a new region each week, all from the comfort of your own home. Join us for this fun-filled international culinary adventure and we'll be on our way!  All live & fully interactive…ask questions & get feedback in real time from a professional chef, guiding you each step of the way. Once you've booked the class, you'll receive a list of ingredients & tools to have on hand. Grab a bottle (or case) of wine and join us for this special series!

CLASS 1: SPAIN

CLASS 2: THE MIDDLE EAST

  • Stuffed Grape Leaves from Scratch 

  • Pomegranate, Feta, Cucumber, and Mint Salad with Sumac

  • Moroccan Chicken Tagine with Lemon and Olives over Couscous

CLASS 3: ASIA

  • Vietnamese Spring Rolls wtih Peanut Sauce 

  • Chicken Yakitori with a Plum and Sake Dipping Sauce

  • Kung Pao Shrimp with Cashews over Rice

CLASS 4: LATIN AMERICA

  • Homemade Margaritas

  • Tequila Infused Queso Fundido

  • Mexican Rice 

  • Chicken with Mole Sauce over Rice

CLASS 5: ITALY

  • Mushroom, Thyme, and Fontina Crostini

  • Inside-Out Eggplant Parmigiana

  • Red Wine Risotto with Fennel and Sausage
