After practicing law for a few years, Niki decided to follow her passion for cooking and went to culinary school. She received her culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts – Hollywood, and loved every minute of it! She’s had a major love for cooking since she was a kid, and remembers cooking crepes for her family and reading cookbooks as a child. She loves to cook, entertain, and teach…and her mission was to combine all three with the opening of her business. She started EATZ with the goal of giving each student a truly hands-on cooking experience. Not only does she want everyone to cook as much as possible during class, she also wants to bring the joy of cooking to the classroom by encouraging her students to experiment and have fun with the cooking process. Come meet her at EATZ and awaken your inner chef!

As a young child Porsche was drawn to cooking shows before there were cable channels dedicated to it. From Julia and Yan on PBS to cooking segments in morning shows her family was mystified by this attraction. While in college she worked at a small café in the kitchen but followed a different career path. She worked in sales for over 15 years and after deciding to make a career change she went to her first passion, food. She then figured out a way to combine her first love of food with her love of travel by starting a culinary vacation agency, Chef on a Passport. Porsche recently graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles and spent her externship working at the Los Angeles Times Food Section testing recipes, styling food for photo shoots and prepping for the Eat Beat TV program. Since then she’s done private catering and is now excited to be a part of the EATZ family. Come and join Porsche as she shares her particular culinary view point in a fun and delicious cooking class!
